They are a tad shaky, mainly in the feet. Try to work on your foot placement and your animations would look a little better. Good luck!

Simple animation. you got the sandbag reactions down. You just need to work on the spacing, since right now everything slowly moves the same way, with the odd joint "flicking" out of position.
