    The size is about how you save the .gif. What Pivot do you use?

    Expanding on what Xeraz said:

    (Pivot 2)

    Make your gif bigger/smaller in Pivot 2 by changing the 'Shrink frames by' box.

    (Pivot 3)

    For Pivot 3, just edit the 'Resize' box.

    Thanks Valium, Ill try that next time i save it as a GIF.
    Also i am using a pivot 2.5
