If it is running fast then change the frames per second until it satisfies the speed you want it to be. The animation looks choppy and needs easing. All the movements are stiff too, so try reading some movement tutorials to help you. The speed is affecting the animation but despite this it should be fairly smooth anyway. The arms should move slower and the back leg moves upwards too fast and that too is choppy. So to improve maybe make short tests and then make them longer and more detailed. also read some more tutorials, even if you already have read them before. Try to improve the movements and choppiness in the animation to get a higher rank. And try to fix the speed you export in. I say you are low beg for now.

Actually, the reason it looks choppy is because you have started in motion. This is fine if you move the camera with it, however if you start with something moving along the screen it takes a while for people to catch up with it and it looks choppy.

As Assassin said, take a look at some tutorials. If you haven't already read it, try Baha's Tutorial.

You should also try and read everything in the Tutorial master list.

Don't bother with the frame rate thing, the gif frame rate is fixed.

Try and imagine what you would do in the stickman's place. Would you really move your arms like that?

Try easing the head a bit more, just makes it look more professional.

I don't like to give people to much to do in one go, so when you've mastered what I asked, PM and I'll give you the rest of my CC.

Ignoring the starting in motion thing, I would say low-med beg. Keep it up!

Mmm there arent much movements in your animations. There are some basic runs and slides but this wont prove your rank in animating. Make something longer and with more movements. Maybe effects or fight between two stick figures I don't know. For what I've seen they look way too rushed and a lil bit stiff. Easing needs improvement too, also spacing. I suggest you read some tutorials and start animating big animations
