    You've got pretty good ideas. You need to work on flowing, easing and reducing the stiffness.
    Foot placement could also be improved.
    Try some more realistic movements, and watch out for the head, make it bounce a little when running.

    just reiterating on what ~sharp said, you need to make the movements either realistic or cartoony depending on your style, also it was very very stiff when he was falling off the cliff, try and move every joint in every frame... i know it sounds weird but even the slightest movement will make it smoother and less stiff.
