Re: Noob animations, could use help

i loled at your avatar and sig.

As for your animations, try easing more and making it less choppy. I like the gunshot one though, how when the camera panned the dead body was there. It looked nice lol

Also, if you drop a ball straight down would it go to the side in real life? Thats something you should thinking when animating.

    courtesy?

The running was a little choppy, and uneased. You need to ease when the legs go up.
oh, and the legs go way too high. it makes it unrealistic. The Back was really stiff also.

anyway, I liked your other animations.

What's about footplacement? I cant see this in your animiations. You have to practise on easing. You may try out heavy spacing, maybe it's better for you.

    courtz?

for running you should ease when legs go up but not too much, about 3 frames, do what ever you want with the arms, you could do a sort of naruto style, or regular. make sure the arms ease to but only about 2 frames on the way up.

Well, I suppose the best thing to do, in my own opinion, is to look at other people's animations. Work on actually flowing through an animation. like every 5 frames or so, go back and edit them to see if they were done correctly.
