    Well a good thing is that it looks like you put in a lot of effort! But, that doesnt change the fact that it was choppy and slow. I suggest looking at the tutorials for easing and physics.

    well uhh honestly u mite not believe me but its not that slow in pivot it become that slow wen i saved it as a gif

    You can look up tutorials of easing and crap, try to use as many joints as possible in every frame so it doesn't look stiff.

    Work on your easing. And realism. But it's good you put a lot of effort into those anims. :P
