well the kick animation was really seriously stop and go and the punch animation, you tried flow but failed. It didnt really look like flow, and it looked lazy. But just focus not get lazier and lazier.

    Re: Grave's Thread

These animations look nice but in all of them i see either stiffness, poor spacing, or choppyness

Heres how to remedy these problems:

Stiffness- Try moving EVER joint in EVERY frame...sometimes you may do that but it still looks stiff. That may be because you did not move the joint in a specific way.

Poor Spacing- When moving the joints in each frame follow this pattern:

    /-/--/----/------/----/--/-/ / = Frame - = Spacing used when moving the joint.

When you more or less follow this pattern it will make the animation more interesting.

Choppyness- When an animation is choppy its when you do not space it good at all or when you move the joints in a way that makes it look crappy. Again using good spacing and flow can remedy that problem.

Keep following these solutions and you will be an amazing animator

    UPDATE!

    Two new animations

First of all let me comment on my anims.
I kinda loved the Ki-Bomb thingy, If it wasn't for that hand jerking (when I noticed it, it was too late).
The Ninja one was quite...suckish. Really Jerk-ish, lacks of physics, easing too...yet I threaded it.

Those animations actually look fine. But fail for the other posts. Sorry I'm not trying to offend you man.
Well. First of all you have to keep the flow. Don't make it stop or go. just keep it flowing and flowing until you want it to end or let the stick stop lol. But I'm not forcing you to do this. There are actual times that you really have to make a non-stop move (example for Heavily Space Fight animation. where in they jump around just to get IN and OUT of combat. Pretty good example huh?)
