    Well I see that you have problem with stiffness and easing in your animations. The easiest advice that I can give you to avoid these problems is to imagine the moves and the amount of force they need to look realistic. For now just concentrate on basics, don't rush for big animations with lots of sticks or effects in them, that will come in time.

    Yeah like (Vlad,Em,Craft,Night)Said work on stiffness and easing try to flow the movements one to each other and and move every joint properly like it the human body.Well noting much else to say.
