Good lord, son. Fix your grammar before someone comes and rapes you. Get firefox/chrome. There are also many members here. It would take a while to find your thread. Go to the control panel and then edit your signature with a link to your thread.

Please don't one word post. It really doesn't help anyone, especially the animator. We're here to help him.

Anyways, Guadam. Firstly, We usually refrain from posting animations when uploaded to youtube. it takes longer to load. Just export from pivot into .gif. Then go to YourImg and upload it. Copy and paste the url it gives you into this bad boy: Its the button at the top of the post that says 'Img".

As for your animation, blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah5437 has horrible grammar, but he was right. Most of your everything needs to be worked on. The animation was very stiff, it wasn't smooth, and was choppy.

    Stiffness:
Work on moving EVERY joint in EVERY frame. Yes, EVERY SINGLE FRAME. Even whilst standing. This gives your figure a bit of a "swaying" motion. This will look very much more realistic. Since no human ever really stands perfectly still.
Don't just move it to move it either. Move it in a pattern, or in sync with your other limbs to make it look better.

    Smoothness:
Smoothness is the opposite of choppy. Choppy is when your animation frames have to big of space in between each movement of the stickfigure. To help with this, make sure that your limbs in the current frame are not to far from your onion skin. The onion skin is the grey stick figure that represents your last frame. Use this as a guide to make your limb placement better, and your animations less choppy.

Also, there should be a slider next the play and stop buttons. Move that bitch up to 24. This makes the animation 24 frames per second. This increases the frames viewed per second. which makes the animation faster, but smoother.

Also, this is not a win. It has been done a million times before.

    Hope you get better, bro.
