I agree with Olive. It is a bit shaky in the camera movements, also some shakiness in the movements. You should look for tutorials on movement aided spacing and muscle control. also, try to get more flow by making your animations less stopish-and-goish. Proper foot placement makes any animation a whole lot better, as well. I would give your animations high beginner, if I were to rank only in effects. :-)

But, above all, you are a low beginner, borderline - med beginner.

Well you need to work on the basics man.Your spacing needs work because its too slow and its choppy at times. Also there seems to be shakiness as well. What you should do is try to space out your movements better and look back to see if theres any shakiness and try to edit it out.

Stiffness is also an issue for you but its very easy to overcome. What you need to do is move every joint in every frame so that the limbs or joints seem as though they are still moving instead of looking stiff.Sometimes when making small movements you need to move the joints a little more than you think because sometimes when easing the joints appear stiff so you should edit it and ease it better.

Now sometimes your movements seem a bit stop and go-ish.This is because sometimes you ease and you ease to a complete stop instead of flowing the movements more. When easing instead of easing until a full stop, make small movements but what you want to do is keep the momentum moving.
For example, a stick lands and he is about to run.As he lands he moves less and less but at one point he makes very small movements so at this point you want to shift his momentum and direction from downwards to forwards and a bit upwards since he rises a bit for the run.

For now I think you are about Medium Beginner but just keep practicing and you should improve in time. (:
