    Re: rank??

the first animation was really stiff and over-eased which looks terrible its really slow and needs to be fastened up..

One way of removing stiffness is to move every joint in each frame, and move the origin* too (it makes it more dynamic and exciting.)
But not all animators move every joint in each frame, lets take Dead Throne for example, an Elite animator, if you look at some of his animations closely, you can see that he doesnt ALWAYS move every joint. (Note that I said he doesnt ALWAYS do it, that doesnt mean he never moves every joint, it just means that he doesnt move every joint sometimes.)

    * The Origin is the orange dot in the center of your stick figure, it is the one that moves the whole figure around the screen

    anyway, easing...

easing is when an object starts off moving slowly and then gradually gets faster, here is a diagram to explain:

    | = Frame

    - = distance object moves

    |-|--|----|--------|----|--|-|

    ^
    starts off slow
    but then gets
    faster as it
    goes along

    now, shakiness...

shakiness is when a limb/object well... shakes a lot, take a look at your animation, is one of the limbs just spazzing around the place? Well, that's shakiness, it is usually caused because one of the limbs/objects diverts away from its motion path,

i noticed your over easing is making the animation horrible.. your easing is l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l hardly any distance moved at all and the limbs are moved enough each frame.. the second animation had a dead link... it said http://www.truploader.com /view/ not /upload/ try reuploading it

    Re: rank??

I agree with you on the foot placement and shakiness of this animation because i already knew about that flaw from a long time ago and i am still trying to deal with but with the easing i don't agree with you as much but one thing for sure is that i do have to accelerate the speed of the animation.

    Re: rank??

Its part of heavy spacing teh easing i shown you.... you could allway use sigma for camera pan's... double spacing??... i dont liek double spacing.. remember! YOU DONT NEED EASING more than pose's footplacement flow and getting rid of stiffiness you'd make a more than perfect animation without easing...
