umm... he IS already in the beginners hall.

about animations, the first run doesn't look like run. to fix this, remember to put more frames for a move, and second - in the run, legs and hands are mowing forward and backward, and in a run, you have to show it on animation, because when you don't it just looks awkward.

the second animation is way too short. also, the guy's reaction is wrong. why did he fell the opposite direction from horse? and immediately after his jumpy-thingy

maybe the horse have some easing, but not too much. you should ease EVERYTHING. and i think that's a weird way to practice easing... you should try with ball first.

for now, it's low beg, but don't worry - you'll improve over time

Well you seem to be having troubles with your basic stuff there.I believe you should look at some tutorials so that you may have an idea of what you need to get right such as this one:

    viewtopic.php?f=36&t=22662
This is a very helpful tutorial so I suggest you check it out.For now just keep practicing and soon you'll get the hang of things.

Ok basically, Your around med-beginner. Your movements are stiff and not smooth. You need to study the basics of pivot firstly:
    1. Smoothness - don't force the movement to snapstraight away, make it that it starts of slow and moves fast to show realistic movement.
    2. Footplacement - Always keep your feet at the same place as the onion skin when staying in one spot.
    3. Joint movement - Basically make sure to move every joint "Smoothly".
