well the number one reason it was slow, is because it wasn't very smooth. The gifs should be saved as: Uncheck merge, crop, set frame delay to 6 and shrink frames by 1/2.

but i don't think that this is the case. Look up the tuts on the master list and see which one you need to work on most. by the way. try staying to your own sticks. it keeps animations distinct.

the forum isnt open to guests its because when u delete a user account there appear as a guest

now for the animation - it was good how u put them blood in altho its not really a complex effect u used it works well
