Ok, it is very stiff and fast moving and a lot of the movements are unclear. when animating be sure to always move every red dot in every frame, because if you don't, it looks stiff. Another thing I noticed is that some of the poses looked a little of so you need to see what proper poses look like. I also think it would be easier for you to first learn how to animate decent movements, and then start the camera movements, because it's all looking very shaky, try a couple of practice and read a tutorial, it'll teach you about spacing, so yeah, just make sure you learn the movements first, then camera movements.
I do however like how long you've made it, it was fairly entertaining though it was a little unoriginal. I like to see new things, on the whole I would say low to med beginner.

It's just the same anim you posted 3 times in a row.

Nonetheless, you need to work on stiffness. When you animate, you want to move every joint on every frame, even if it is just a little bit, so it doesn't look stiff. Also, you need to show more easing. If you don't know what easing is, just click the spoiler and I can show ya.

This is an example of easing. As you can see, the object starts to move slowly, but gains speed and eventually slows down to a rest. You do some easing in your anims, but hardly much from what I can see.[/spoiler:87j7q2ur]

Your animations are really creative, but they lack flow and easing on many places! Work on those things and you'll encounter smaller, easy-to-fix problems. These are major. Yeah, work on that. Cheers!
