Very impressive animation, man! I can tell you were animating in flash by your effects. Effects are pretty awesome but your movements seem a bit down. Try to work on easing and flow. Your animations seem really choppy, but that's fixable C: . Jump to basics first. Try some walking and running animations to improve your skills! Practice makes perfect! Cheers!

Just for some advice, the transfer is pretty good, but the whole animation is quite stiff, something you'll here a lot in this forum is easing, the key to making good animations.
Also, dont just post your best, post your worst so we can give you better advice.

Alright, alright. These are decent, but you have way too many effects in the fight. Effects are awesome, but you shouldn't use any serious effects untill you get easing and foot positioning down.

Dunno about you, but i'd rather watch the best movement animation in the world with no effects, than the most mind blowing effects with low-beginner quality movements.
Like Radon said, work on basic movements before you try all these other ideas you have.

That being said, I can tell you have some awesome animation ideas, but hold off on posting them untill you got basic movement down.
Other than the choppyness, a problem I see is foot positioning. Make sure to keep the heel and toe in the same place for every frame if a figure is standing.
Overall, still low beginner. But don't stop, keep at it and reaching medium beginner will be a breeze.
