There's no need to put yourself down. Your animations aren't crap, everybody starts somewhere. I remember when I used to be where you are, but after some practice I improved my animating abilities quite a bit.

You've got to brush up on some of the basics. You're really creative and very good at putting your ideas to work in your animations. What I would recommend at this point in time is to practice some basic movements, such as running, walking, punching, etc. Your runs are a little choppy and stiff. I always got tired of hearing this, but when you animate, it's important that you move just about every joint in every frame, even if it's by a fraction of a movement.

The run in your top animation is almost there, you've just got to smooth it out so the figure is not so bouncy. Just keep an eye on where the figure was in the previous frame so you have a better idea where to position him in the next one.

You're doing a good job, keep it up!

Good job at making some long animations man!

Just work on some basic movements, watch other animations and try to copy movements from time to time if you want, and just enjoy animating

And stop calling your animations crap, cause thats what they'll be if you keep calling them that

Just follow the golden rule, about moving all joints in every frame no matter how minimal it is

Oh, and you could work on some foot placement too.. When a foot is on the ground, it is planted on the ground unless an action is being made..
That means the feet don't move when they are on the ground, and if they move even one pixel away from origin, it is very noticeable and can really
    Ruin your animation

Well, thats it comment on my thread too

    Seeing some potential here bro
