    It is made smooth as you had the super sample value set above 1 when you exported it is as a gif (the default is 2), set it to 1 to keep the pixelised look you get in the pivot file.

    A nice animation you have there by the way! There are a few shakes that could be smoothed out and a couple poses that could be corrected but overall you did nicely, especially the reactions. Keep an eye on the spacing of the run at the end, once you ease into the run the origin (orange dot) should be spaced pretty consistently, the origin shouldn't be eased between each step/stride, only at the start and end of a run.

    Thanks for the help and the welcome Rez

    I noticed while animating that it's hard to keep track of the general movement if you don't move the origin and torso/head segments first.
