Ur movements are soooo choppy looking... They look like they could potentially be great anims if they had more flow to it... Maybe boost fps? Idk, but also u need to work on physics and foot placement
    Wish u the best man.

    Foot placement:
Where ever the foot is is where the foot needs to be, if u use the onion ring function of pivot, you will see where the foot was to the frame prior to that. What u have to do is keep wherever the feet are in an animation the same place as the frame before if it has to be. If ur running you wouldn't need to worry about it walking u might cuz the feet are in the same position for a while

    Physics:
Physics is alittle harder.. With fixes comes realism that's how I look at it. If u drop a ball,it will gain speed while it drops down. If u fall, u would do the same. So with physics, u need to take into account, realism, gravity and other stuff like that.
    Hope it helps man

On test 3 the back movement for the guy leaping is stiff.
The leg movement in test 2 is choppy, very choppy
and in test 1 it's the choppiness again.

Advice: slow down, take your time, keep flow in your animations so others can see exactly what movements the sticks are making
