Low Begginer... You Should Ease More And You Don't Have Flow In You're Anims... Watch Oblivion Fall's Tutorial's And Practice More !

On the positive side, nice ideas and figures used for effects. The movement needs work though. Remember that the amount you move figures between frames effects the speed they move when the animation is played. So you need to practice changing speeds. Also try taking more time over each frame and move each part of the moving figures so that they're not stiff.

    Everything is off,
Check some tutorials, remember to ease, keep your flow, poses and realism right. I'm guessing you've only started pivot recently.

Practice for a few weeks. Then come back and post another animation
    Best of Luck!

The jump-kick when the red guy jumps over the black guy isn't good, but it's not too bad either.
at 0:05 when the red stick jumps up to kick the black stick, he hangs in the air for a long time. He stays stiff there too.
At that moment aswell, when the red stick jumps to kick the black stick, the black stick does a very choppy backflip.

Overall, there is a lot of choppiness, unrealistic poses and physics,
It might take days, weeks, or months but you WILL improve. Just push yourself, keep practicing and learning
