When your saving as a GIf, uncheck merge, crop, and pallete, and set the frame delay to six, this wil slow down your animations which are quite fast at the moment. It's good that you're trying effects, but i'd work on some basic movments ect before doing that. Check out the tutorials, Bamahut has a really good one called "the ultimate tutorial" that will help you out.

You need to work a bit on moving every limb, on every person, on every frame. Try to improve the pose, too. Bend him to make him stand looking a bit cooler, and relaxed.

    no, uncheck merge only.
ok, your anims are good in the head, but then comes out not bad, but choppy, try do improve that cos you need choppyness most when you wanna move up. obviously the others are important, but get choppyness outta the way.,
