Oh my lord. You need some help. Check out the pivot tutorials sectiong. I also wouldnt ask people to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10.

You need A LOT OF HELP
check out all the tuts, DONT USE THE DEFAULT STICK!
Dont move them as much each frame, work on realism, download some better .stks
on a scale of 1 to 10...
