    Welcome to DarkDemon man!
Enjoy your stay, well, it's good for a first animation, you don't have shakiness in your animations which is good thing, although your animation is choppy stiff and lack of the basic stuff, but that's okay.

You need to work on all of the basic stuff, such as easing, flow, foot placement, stiffness, shakiness, spacing etc...
Visit the tutorials section, you can easily learn the basic stuff there.
The main problem with your movements is that they are too stormy and too fast, I'd slow it down a lot, because you may want your movements to be clear to the eyes.
I don't know what fps are you using, you should use between 16-18.
Work on your spacing, spacing is the space between the onion skin and the figure, make it a continuous and steady, when a person walk, the spacing should be consistent.
Another problem is stiffness, stiffness happens when you not move all of the red limbs on the stick figure, which make the movements to look weird and choppy, and the last thing is the foot placement, that's kinda simple to fix, you just need to make sure the feet will stay at the same position on the ground and they won't move and shake, with pivot 4 it's really easy to fix cause you can move the stick figure with pixels (using the keyboard).

Keep animating and I'll keep my eyes on your thread, as for your rank, low beginner for now.

For the run, it looks cool for a beginner but his arms are a little weird, I had watched a lot of running animations tutorial and I noticed that their arms should be straightening as it goes closer to the body and then bents when the next run starts, but that's just my opinion. The legs are good and there's no problem with it.'

For the kick, it's really stiff. And I think the kick is a bit weak and is too fast, try slow it down a bit. The yellow one just kept flying in the same speed together with the green one, both of them should be flying a bit slow at first and then gets faster and faster as time goes by. Work with the foot placement and easing. (I really suck at giving critiscm right? haha.)

Don't worry, you'll improve. Just keep looking at tutorials (like me) and you'll find yourself improving and improving and improving c:
