thats really choppy, and you need to work on the movements. Look at some tuts, they'll help. Also try to work on moving each limb of a stick in every frame slooowly. That makes it more realistic

wow dude you really need help here, look at bahamuts tut for help, um.. i cant really comment, just work on everything, especially choppyness and movements.
