allright, first of all please put that into a link, not a pic
the smoothness was ok.. i guess but the movements were terrible
you only moved the top half of the stick, and the bottom half was sitting weirdly anyway
i suggest you look at all the tuts, and practice alot

When he moves the lower arm it needs to be smoother, and the stain should grow, not just appear. Look at Baha's Ultimate Tut, easing section, that should help. Remember that stickmen should move no more than a normal person can.
