very stiff and very unsmooth, work on smoothness and realism for now, baha's ultimate tut should help, here's a little somehting on easing

I'm gonna have to continue this anmation! And about the not using defaults: I'll try to make it so they change into one I made myself.

yes, alsthough movements are choppy at first i like the part where he becomes red and the ending was better than the beginning.
as omfgclown said use easing but still good job (-cool_)

I was a little suspcious when I first saw the dude come in and I thought it was going to suck. It was actually pretty good for a default anim. Definately continue it.

What I would do to get rid of the defaults would be to have them do the thing like the red guy did, the changing color thing, but put thick figures in instead of just changing their colors.
