The worst part of your animations is FPS. Reduce it please.
But still you know all stuff like timing in movement, inertia and so on. I liked mostly an animation with lifting a bar. The stick you use is very nice, better than all of these stickmans.

I don't know which criterias is getting in veterans, but I'd recommend you to put some colorful backgrounds behind.
