    My general fighting tutorial.

Alright here's the deal, You guys request a general fighting move and I'll add my own style to it and then, show you how to replicate what I did.
To show you what my fighting style is here's the very first tutotial.

    The Punch

Alright. First of all make your charactor start off in a good stance.

    link
    Ahh. There's a good one.

OK, now. Move him back using easing about 5-6 frames to something like this stance.

    link

Now, move him forward And stretch his arm right out forward In one frame and keep it there for awhile. He should look a little bit like this.

    link

Remember to use easing after every stance I have showed you. And you should end up with something like this.

    And the piv.
    piv.

    The Kick

Alright. Again, start him off in a good stance.

    link
    That's also a good one.

Now. Move his leg right up to his chest. Remembering to ease in and out.

    link
It should look a little like that.

Now kick his leg right out straight from there and move his hips forward to show strength.

    link
Move his head almost to the same spot it was last frame so it looks powerful.

Now ease him down to a normal standing position.

Here's something like yours should look like.

    link

    And the piv.
    piv.

Thats realy nice dude, and I like that you didn't waste alot of people's time with every tiny movement, its good to just learn what 'checkpoints' to get to for moves, so that you can fill them in yourself, and learn better.

You should try a plain front kick, or a snap kick, or some sort of short kick, punch combo =D

nicely explained. I really like that stick aswell >_>

Just one point on improvement, the kick seemed a little jerky on the way down but apart from that great job ^^

Wow, these moves are pretty simple and yet they look so effective. If you used the kick I'm guessing it wouldent be in a fight, probably a kick-the-door-down move.

very good tut, but i think the hand that is punching should go behind him instead of going up because its confusing and if it goes behind him the guy can punch again. apart from that its cool and should be helpful

    lol at wereZ
And i loved the kick. It was original, and stylish.
Well explained tutoial. Nice movements too.
As wereZ said that on the punch the front arm should have gone back. But other than that it is nice.
I also like the size of the pictures. They dont make you go, wow too big, or go really close to the screen to see.
    Good job, make more please!

Thanks guys, I'll make a new one later on today for you.
Also with the punch you can move his other arm to any position you like. This is just a simple guideline tutorial to help you make your animations, just a little bit better while still keeping your style.
I moved his hand back up to protect his face like in a boxing match.
