Xehanort's Pivot Tutorial - Soon To Be Re-Done!

    KULTIVATE'S PIVOT TUTORIAL:

    Index:
    Chapter 1: Movements:
    -Walking
    -Swaying
    -Kick

    Walking:
The most important of all, is to follow the onion-skin with the backleg. While the frontleg is stretched. The arms should swing just a bit, not too wide, not too far, not too fast. Also, its important to keep it at a low pace. Never go far out of the onion-skin but keep it like |-|--|--|--|-|

    Swaying:
Not as essential as walking, but it looks cool and rids you of alot of stiffness. Important is you move like really tiny bits, like 1 pixel, that you doubleframe it, and that the arms trail the onion-skin where needed.

    Basic Kick:
There are 2 basic movements we want to be done in the kick, first we need the anticipation to gain a little speed, then we'll do the kick.

    Anticipation:
Move the stick a bit back, this can be done with a small crouch, a step back or do a stylish pose.

    Kick:
Move the stick forward, straight the back leg, then bend the kicking leg, at the end put it straight. Make the body go up, let the head follow onion-skin, and put the arms up. Thats basicly it.

    Example:

    Beam Tutorial:
    Theory:
    Yayayay theory. :3
But you need this if you want a nice beam. Basicly there are 4 crucial steps of a beam:
    1. charge (Add some light trails, make them slowly darker and let them form in a ball.)
    2. launch (Create the front of the beam.)
    3. surging (Add lines around or in it that charge the beam.)
    4. dissapearing (Stop surging and make them slowly dissapear using particles or fades.)

    Example:

Mind that those are the basic techniques, feel free to experiment with all different kinds of colors and .stk's.

    Flow:
    Theory:
Okay, the theory is pretty logic, but you need to get used to it. The flow of your movements is very important. If you dont flow, it'll be: stop-and-go, and that it what we don't want. Another important thing is that you dont overflow or it will look choppy. Flow also comes in handy if you want a combo for example.

    Example:
The red trails indicate the flow:
