    Strider - DDC11 B-side

[center:1ef1gni0]I am known as Strider, and I am apparently a Veteran animator in Pivot.

    Featured Animations

    DDC11 B-side

This was made quite a while ago, but the collab was only just released now. I like it, and I still think it's worth releasing.

    Re: Strider - New thread!

I think you are Border-Intermediate with these animations, I rnak this because they are way too short, I know you are doing a schedule and all but please make a longer animation with this style, you would definetely get Intermediate. But I cannot make you change your ways so I will CC... I think that the continuing fighting movements one was defenetely smooth and flowy but the part where he does the uppercut looks off to me, like there wasn't enough momentum ofr him to spring like that. But it is good.

E: Put Border-Intermediate on the poll you mofo.

i love coffee because nothing wakes me up better than scalding the inside of my face and the urge to violently shit myself

It was okay. Not near intermediate. Barely high beginner, actually. It may have been smooth but their was no power, and the movements were so slow and boring. Go to a more heavy spaced style.

Lolzafish - Thanks for the comment. Don't worry, I will be making longer animations.

Like the moves Strider. Incredibly smooth job with this animation. However, alot of the move like the jump and the uppercut punch looked really powerless. Otherwise, everything was really smooth and niceley eased. The kick looked awesome. Nice job.

    Courtz?

Of course you may have your own opinion. But seriously, are those animations really as bad as the medium beginners out there?

No, apparently not, I didn't say med beginner, I said high beginner, only because the animations are too short, I would like to see something longer from you to see if your close to intermediate or not, y'know?

Nah you did not misunderstand him, he said "barely high beginners".

Anyways, I think its pretty nice. The smooth movements are your style and I will not tell you to change that.

I would just suggest you try to mix it up a little and get rid of the extreme basicness(real word, I swear) of the animations. Add in a groundline, an opponent, an effect, blood, just mix it up, make a 150-200 frame animation and I think you can get inters.

    Keep it up.
