Internet Explorer 7 - Homepage problem

I downloaded Internet Explorer 7 but when I open it my homepage is http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx but it's supposed to be Darkdemon. The tab says "Customize your settings" and the body has nothing on it except a color: blue. Anybody know the problem?

If none of the above work, download firefox

I use firefox. When I change my homepage it always works, so if nothing on internet explorer will work, use firefox : D

Frylock's and Broken's solutions didn't work, I had darkdemon.org set as the homepage in internet options and downloaded firefox, neither worked.

You might have a virus/adware on your PC. Try doing a scan with AVG and see if it finds anything.

Yes, or check that your virus blocker hasnt saved a homepage, because some virus blocker's, have a setting that your homepage won't change, to prevent viruses, but some viruses change it instead, making it even harder to change back.
If you get what i mean.

The only thing i can think of is fully typing out http://www.darkdemon.org. Im sorry but it may get worse, at times my ie7 tends to start opening up tabs on its own until my comp freezes.

mm try messing with ur options :P

heres a nice tip 4 firefox!

when you make you homepage in ur bar, go to Tools > Options and it will have something like "www.google.com" BUT!

you can have multiple homepages! to do this seperate the web adresses with "|" (NOT L the one below backspace and above enter.)

    E.G

    http://www.google.com|www.darkdemon.org|www.elgoog.com

and when u start firefox it opens in tabs!

sometimes credit ---> Bolt, FF550 and Droidz.
