If you save the gif at a Frame Delay of 6, and it is still slow, go to the folder where you saved the gif, right click it, and select "Open With". Then select Windows Media Player, or Firefox as the program, and then check the box that says to open all gifs with this program.

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer always makes animations seem extremely slow, so just upload it first.

You should get 'Media Player Classic'.

It is the BEST to view any video files!

To get it, google search 'mplayerc.exe download'
