If my memory still works, you get that error when your stick has way too much statics joints. Try to make it again, but with less joints.

If that doesn't work you could always make the tail a separate piece.

I had the same problem recently when I was creating my sex cookie. I remember reading that you should make the stk in one go. For example, if you start a stick, then you have to go somewhere, so you exit it and go somewhere else. Once you get back on and finish it, the stk messes up. All the dynamic joints move rapidly. So you should just make it in one go, it may be frustrating to start over again but deal with it.

I think having to many static segments on a dynamic segment can cause this too.
Just delete the tail, and try and use less segments. Or restart the whole stick, you could also make the tail another stick like the person said above me. You can't deal with it though, otherwise the animation would look bad with a static tail the whole time.

Pro tip: Make all your dynamic points before you add detail and static segments in. That way that error won't be a problem.

So wait the entire stickman is dynamic except for the ears?
Start from scratch, there's too much dynamic segments it's probably too confusing to finish on by adding static segments
