I'm not very familiar with the Powder Toy, but for taking pictures unless there's a way to do it in-game you'd press Prnt Screen/SysRq on your keyboard (top right) which will take a snapshot of the game. Then, open up a program such as Paint, and then go to Edit > Paste and paste in the screenshot. You can then crop it inside paint and save is as an image.

Open Paint and in the top left corner click edit>paste. It should show up, but you might have to wait a minute. Now, click that little square select box in the tasks bar and make it go around the Powder Toy screen. Then right click it and press cut. Then clear the image by going to Image>Clear Image. Then right click somewhere on the screen and click paste. Crop and move to make it fit the screen, if needed.
