    Convertion - Reply quickly please

Alright I'm using a program that uses a frame delay of milliseconds instead of frames per second. So i was wondering how much frame delay of millisonds is 18 frames per second?

    He's right. A millisecond is one-thousandth of a second.

Yeah but if you noticed, when you open up pivot 2 and count to one second 18 frames don't go by.

Pivot 2 has a frame delay of centiseconds, not milliseconds.

Edit: Never mind, that was an example. I'm not sure what when you refer to Pivot because that depends on the fps and the frame delay shouldn't affect it that much. Just try it and see if it works.

Hmmm, you may have to play around with it, but I think you're about right.
