    problem... (solved, thank you steelsprite)

    I posted this image, and somehow the framerate lowered ginormously.

    I think you should of posted this in the help center. I'm not sure, but...
    When you save it as gif use these settings...
    Pivot three.

    Pivot two.

    Umm Steelsprite, I think Merge should be unchecked in Pivot 2. All the time. I think. :S

    But yeah, use those settings. I use exactly those (minus the merge being checked) and mine turn out pretty well and smooth.

    Merge doesn't make much of a difference.
    Well yeah if you wan't to uncheck it, do that. But I don't uncheck mine. Makes no difference.

    Acording to Darren's tutorial it makes all the frames that are exactly the same one frame. So like pauses and black screens will become a quick flash. But yeah in most cases you could leave it either way.

    It makes a big difference. It merges all frames that are identical, so no more prolonged pauses, or double framing.
