    3D Software

    Idk if this is the right section, buuut, what do you think is the best 3D software both for animations and modelling? Cause i've been thinking of starting that.

    well, i dont do any 3d, but i know a few. check out blender, and endorphin.

    Never tried it, but I heard 3dsmax is pretty good.

    Endorphin is basically a simulation with a few parameters, if you actually want to, well, do stuff I recommend something like 3dsMax or Blender.
    I don't have much experience with either, they both have their strengths but Blender is free and you can get a trial for 3dsMax here - http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc ... d=13567410

    Also they are said to be very complicated, so you can try if you want, although i doubt you'll be able to create something good.

    They can be pretty complex but if he sticks with it who knows, you could be eating your words pretty soon.

    I wouldn't recommend blender unless you have a lot of free time and patience. It's quite difficult to work with.

    I'm downloading the trial for 3DSMax,heard about it, but yes I heard bad from blender, and I already use endorphin

    There as a free version called Anim8or that works well for animations and modelling.
