    Computer Screen Flashing

Lately, if I try to download Photoshop, or a file that big or bigger (i.e. flash) my computer starts to Flash. But only after I turn it off and on again after the download. Keeping in mind that my computer really doesn't have that many files on it, and has 4 gigabytes of memory.

Could there be something else wrong with my computer that I could fix? Thanks to you who reply.

Yes, and it's a laptop by the way.

I looked in system information, it says RAM.
