I know this sounds extremely nooby :S

But, everytime I got to get the Firefox browser, to download, It comes from a different location, everytime, anything to worry about?

    Example:
    File location: Mozilla-Mirror.24227.voxcdn.com.comp.21

The if you cancel that file, then open a new one its, this:

    File location:
    FTP.Heanet.ie

And it continues with a thousand different file loactions?

    Anything to worry about? :S

I know its nooby, sorry..I'm still very scared about that Trojan I had, Abit paranoid you could say..

Yeah, the problem is you're not using Chrome.

    So what, don't trust it?

I opened the file, it said it was fine, By the smartscreen filter, then I got a warning, A red shield in the left-hand corner of the Download window, it said 'This file could contain viruses, open if you know its from a site you trust'. Or somthing along those lines, Is that normal, Or did it mean, it did have viruses or its just a warning since it was an .exe file, But I don't think I got that last time I downloaded Firefox :/

    Yeah I'm just abit confused..

If it's a site you've downloaded things from before, or the one you downloaded FF from before, there's nothing to worry about. You cancelling the download probably links it to a new download mirror.

Yeah I got FF from there before, but the warning about the file, was no virus?

    Just a warning?

And also, when it links it to a different mirror, how come it is different everysingle time, I got one that said:

    Mz_FF.Africa.dot.net.NODE_exe.

    Whats a Node?
    o_O

Yeah, I'm abit worried from the warning, which probably happens in all cases when you download an .exe, but also all the different mirrors..

Go download "Search and Destroy". That program is great for removing malware and shit. Your interesting downloads should stop after you use it.

Yea I get the links too, I saw a few with .de and .fr. My guess is when you click the download link it gets a random mirror from all their hosters. You really should do a full malware systems scan.

Well, Ive scanned about 3 times, with Avira, and I'm downloading Nod32 now to see if it picks anything else up.

And the mirrors are fine, Picto got them aswell, its just from there hosters I suppose, But I have done afew scans and picked up nothing.
