    Mouse Problem

My mouse doesn't work, it's a Dell wireless one. I plugged in my wired mouse and I am having the same problem. I'm thinking it is the actual computer not the mouses (mice?). Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Have you downloaded the drivers for the mouse?

No, it does not require it.

Wired one is a Genius GM-04003A
Wireless one doesn't have one, unless the receiver counts
