    colour change help

When I save an animation as a .Gif It always changes my custom colours to the closest default colour and it just looks stupid, does anyone know how to make the colours stay the same as it's in the .piv?

There's a tutorial for it on the first page of the Pivot Tutorials section.

Split the gif into multiple parts.

You save every frame as a BMP, open them in Paint (Paint Shop Pro and Gimp work too), make a new folder, copy all the frames from paint, paste them in the folder, then what I do is I go into Animation Shop (this comes with Paint Shop Pro, what I have), and paste the frames. They will be in backwards order, you will have to reverse them. Then save it as a gif. Done! I could do it for you if this is too confusing.

Don't do that. Way too tedious, and a huge waste of time.
