    Pivot 3

    So I want pivot 3.

I clicked on the link in that topic of Toastmaster, and this came up in a new tab.
    http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0409 ... sp?EXT=rar
I am wondering what I should do next.

I went in that thread of James and clicked on the other pivot 3 download link, and I don't know if the link's dead or not but nothing happens. I mean NOTHING.

And I went to File Front, becuase people say they got pivot 3 there, and I downloaded it. For a moment I thought I finally got it, and exited out of the pivot 3 window. Then later I wanted to use pivot 3, but I found nothing in my computer, meaning the program itself never even got downloaded.

This window showed up -- http://www.hostmyfilez.com/i/00000/ck5tbez8o2ry.jpg -- but later I realized this window is the only thing that got downloaded, and when I closed out of it, it disappeared, meaning I still don't have pivot 3.

    Someone please help me...

    Try this:

Be sure to Save it, instead of just opening it, as well.

...? A similer thing with the last paragraph happens. The program doesn't get installed. Like, let's say I save some animation in pivot 3 on the desktop. I click on the icon, and the pivot 2 window shows up saying "that pivfile is not compatible with this version of Pivot"...

That's because you have Pivot 2 installed. Since the Pivot 3 has no installation process, all .piv files will automatically open with Pivot 2.. or try to.

Just open up pivot 3 and load the animation from the desktop.
