Sims 2: Teens engaged but wont marry?

I have Sims 2 with no EPs. I used this mod called inTeenimator (no flavor paks) to make them woohoo and go steady/engage them. However I cant find the "Marry" option in both socializing or when I click the wedding arch. I cant even throw a "Wedding Party" help?

Don't use mods and play the game the way it's supposed to be played. It's not coded into the game that teens can marry.

Just buy the University expansion pack, when a sim is a young adult they can marry.
