    Poor Internet Connectivity

I have a Ps3, a Dell laptop, and a verizon wireless novatel chip. Can I hook up the Verizon chip to the computer
(then connect to the internet), get a ethernet cord, then connect the ps3 and the computer up to get a connection?

Yes, yes you can. It's called bridging connections. I did this with my xbox.

Once you're connected to the internet and have your PS3 hooked up, go to the network center or whatever and select the 2 connections (one should be wireless, the other wired). Then right click > bridge connections and follow the instructions.

Not too sure how to then set it up on the PS3 but it shouldn't be too hard; if you get stuck giving it a quick google will most likely give you an answer.

Yeah, because I live in a rural area, I didn't know that small chip can give me a connection. Gonna try it when I get home.
