    Moving every joint every frame

So, I'm always getting told to move every joint every frame, but when I do, my animations come at shaky on the parts when he is pretty much still, any suggestions to solve this?

Each joint has a direction that it's following. If you make one of the joints flip in the other direction it's gonna look shaky because the segments are moving back and forth slightly. But if you keep the segments on their course, it won't look so shaky anymore. Plus, when one segment goes out of place other ones can too. Say a stickfigure is running. If the back starts to shake the arms will too. So make sure you edit both the back and the arms so the segments flow with each other. Hope I helped. Practice and there will eventually be no more of that annoying shakiness.
