    iPod Restore

Ok I have googled the shit out of this, and nothing has helped. Pretty much I plug in my iPod and it says it needs to be restored.

I click restore, and it restores its original settings. Then I plug it back in and it asks to be restored again. I can't put any music on it or anything

Depending on how old it is you should either take it to a shop or buy a new one.

Contact Apple and get it shipped back to Apple since it seems to me that whatever is happening to your iPod is either malfunctioning hardware or an issue with the software itself and there is nothing you can do about that. If your iPod falls under the 1-year warranty [which is probably will], it will cost you no charge and they will more than likely either send you a refurbished iPod or a brand new iPod. If it doesn't, I would just buy a newer model since the prices on the iPod Touches and Nano have gone down significantly.

If you have your iTunes account, there should be no conflicting issue with being able to send it back unless you bought a new one on eBay.
