First to tell me wtf is going on gets a cookie

So yeah, I live in Connecticut, USA (may have something to do with it, I dunno) and youtube has worked fine. Just recently, every time I go to http://www.youtube,com, once the page loads, the address bar displays "http://nl.youtube.com/" which is like, the German version or something, its all in a different language. No matter how hard I try, it's always "nl.youtube.com", I can't get to the regular English youtube.com version (no "nl").

Cleared my cookies/cache and am behind no proxy.
Been like this for a week.

Guise, wut up wit dis plz?

Have you tried clicking the little 'change country' button in the corner of the site?

And are you getting to youtube from a bookmark, or do you type it in manually? maybe your bookmark somehow got the nl. added to it.

    Didn't think of that Nev.
So I just tried IE 7, and youtube is fine. Looks like firefox is displaying it's first..bad...thing (...yeah) ever for me. This is a sad day.
Besides reinstalling or anything big like that, what ya think I can do to fix it?

    Didn't see your post TM.
Yep, that was it, I changed it to Global, seeing that there was no US, and its back to normal. Dunno how that happened.
    Thanks for your help.
Man that was the fastest topic ever.

    ...sorry.
