    Help meh please!!!

    My parents left and I was practicing my breakdancing.
    Im 12 so I am so anxious to get started i forget to stretch.
    None of you are probably medical doctors or break dancers.
    But now i have this annoying pain in my arm and hip when i do certain moves.
    The 6 step
    THe windmill
    And the V kick.

    Please tell me what these pains are!!!
    And someone lock when this is answered

    WebMd would probably have the best answer, but I'd say that you need to stretch before Stomping the Yard.

    While doing exercise it's normal to have pain awkwardly.
    It happened to me, 2weeks later, I'm o.k.

    We aren't doctors. We are kids with computers in front of us. A Majority of us don't breakdance, and even less of up probably know what those moves you said are.

    Stay off it, put some ice on it to numb the pain. That's what I would do. And next time, remember to stretch.

    Animations - Do not Click Me - And Me Neither
    You have good sight, or good ctrl+c, ctrl+v skills. Also your computer might be set to %500 magnification.
