    100 push up challenge

    So I'm taking the 100 push up challenge because everyone says it works.

    Did my initial test, 30 push-up. They recommended me to start at week 3.

    Anyone actually took this test?
    100 push up is something you can be proud about, hell even 50 is very good.

    I believe Darren's doing this. He showed me it a while ago, I tried but it didn't work out. I'm way too lazy.

    I've been doing this for 6 weeks, what a coincedence lol. Most I've done is 75 non-stop, no signs of improving. I won't make it to the 7th week because I insist on a diet of grease haha.

    Yeah, It varies from a person to another.
    Someone will be able to do 100 push up on week 5,
    but on week 6 he'll only able to do 75 or so..etc..

    Depends on how often you do it too, there IS such a thing as too much. I can't gauge when my muscle tissue rebuilds properly, so I'm always losing out slightly by doing my next set too soon/too late during the week. I'm just going for a set every night, that's the way I've been doing it all the time, so it should still be working... >_>

    I'm 12. It'd probably work to an extent, but then slow my growth a lot and in the long run wouldn't actually be good for my health. I heard somewhere you shouldn't work out before like.. 16.
