When you save it as a gif, set the "shrink frames by x" to 5-6, I forget which one. Just set it higher and higher until you get a roughly-avatar sized avatar.

If you're not using the default dimensions, just get the X or Y dimensions and divide by again 5-6 or higher or whatever until you get 95 or less, then use that number.

I use Pivot 2, yeah, it looks different.

"Resize" on Pivot 3 is the same as "Shrink Frames by" on Pivot 2.

Like what Picto said or try this. Make the dimensions 190 by 190, 285 by 285, 380 by 380, 475 by 475, 570 by 570, 665 by 655, ect. and make you animation. Then if you make the dimensions 190 by 190 shrink the frames by 2. If you used 285 by 285 then shrink them by 3. And if you used 380 by 380 shrink it by 4. Ect. Ect.

If you need help remember to post in the Helpcenter. Also seeing as you have an animation as your avatar I guess you don't need this thread anymore so locked*
