    Kiwi Skins

    My friend always eats kiwi skins and is convinced that its "better and healthier"
    Everyone else thinks it weird.

    The kiwifruit skin is edible and contains high amounts of dietary fiber. In addition, as many of the vitamins are stored immediately under the skin, leaving the skin intact greatly increases the Vitamin C consumed by eating a single piece of kiwifruit when compared to eating it peeled, but don't forget to wash it.

    So yes, thanks to wikipedia, you now know.... Kiwi skins are pretty healthy.
